What does it mean to MEDITATE?
Meditation simply means the act to think deeply or focus one's mind for a period of time, in silence or with the aid of chanting, for religious or spiritual purposes or as a method of relaxation.


Although Meditation is not always for spiritual or religious purpose. The main aim of meditation is to relax the body and relief yourself from stress. When spiritual and religious goals are attached to meditation then it may miraculously lead you in exploring somethings from the past and give you answers but that is if you are meditating for spiritual purposes and with a confident mind.



BENEFITS OF MEDITATION.

1. Meditating frequently helps you gain focus and avoid distraction in anything you do. Meditation helps student gain focus in study.

2.  Meditation helps does who believe in the spiritual world to gain access to their past. when you meditate with confident and with a goal and question in your mind , you will be surprised to get the answer through meditation.

3. Meditation helps you to remember clearly about forgotten incidents.

4. Meditation is a good form of relaxing the body and relieving you from stress.

5. Meditation heal depression and also heal your emotional wounds. Meditation has in the past years help people over depression.

6. Meditation  May Help Fight Addictions. instead of doing something you know its wrong but you cant control or restrain yourself from it because you are addicted, you can use the time for that particular activity to meditate.

7. Meditation improves sleep and helps keep the body in a good state.
