HOW TO STOP MASTURBATION

Solutions to Masturbation.
In my previous post, i promised updating all my viewers with the solution to Masturbation.

Ways to stop Masturbation.
If you use to masturbate or is masturbating, you will bare me witness that Masturbation is not an easy thing to quit.
You may have sometimes tried on your own to quit it but you end up each time you try to quit falling back and finding yourself again masturbating.
One thing about Masturbation is that when you try so had to stop or quit it, you will still fall back into it and after doing it, you will realize yourself back and start to regret why you did it again.

If you want to stop masturbating i will advice you to also stop punishing yourself, when you keep on making up your mind saying 'I WILL NOT DO THIS AGAIN' you will always fall back to do it and you will be regretting, there by punishing yourself mentally, this is also an effect of masturbation.

Now here are ways you can help yourself stop masturbating..

1. Always avoid being bored. If you are still schooling, once you arrive home, just find something doing to the extent of you getting tired then take a nap and when u wake up just go straight to doing home work. MAKE SURE YOU SPEND ALL DAY ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES. join social clubs or sports just to keep yourself busy.



2. If you want to overcome Masturbation don't say ' I WILL NEVER DO MASTURBATE  AGAIN' just keep calm and avoid anything that is obscene or sexually related, Install a porn blocker app in your mobile phone and computer. when installing the PORN BLOCKER, it will ask you to create a password, all you have to do is go to note list or document list and type any letter or number {something that can never be known without looking there, something rubbish} then copy and paste the rubbish password in the Porn blocker and set it as your password, after setting the password, go back to the document or note list and delete the password there. it will help you block anything porn. I believe porn is one of the major reasons people masturbate.


3. If you are already in a relationship, talk to your partner about it and make sure you let your partner know you are embarking on this journey. Make sure you avoid anything about sex or romance in your relationship until you successfully beat this demon called MASTURBATION. about porn, avoid comics, avoid anything sex or romance stimulating, including some movies and musics.. also limit social media. 

4. If you are the type who always get the masturbating urge at night, then this is for you.
FOR BOYS- whenever you are alone at night and you get this masturbating urge, just  stop whatever you are doing at that moment and drop down to the floor and start doing push ups to the extent that you have over exhausted your self and the only thing on your mind at that time is  sleep then stand up and fall to your bed and sleep...

FOR GIRLS - if you always have the urge at night when alone, then whenever the urge comes just get your self busy with any exercise like dancing till you get tired or singing.

5. Clear every single thing in your surroundings that you normally you use to masturbate. Take away vibrators, soaps, creams. if you have your own bathroom then get rid of soap and creams and everything you use for Masturbation for like 2 weeks. if after taking your bath and you feel like using soap then go to your friends place to take your bath and make sure your friend knows what you are passing through, so that he or she can caution you of masturbating in his or her bathroom.

6. If you normally get this urge in the bathroom, then make sure when taking your bath always use enough ice even if the weather is cold, always have cold baths, am sure you wont be able to last longer in bathroom using ice blocks to bath....

7. whenever this urge comes, just insert your D**k into ice for like 2 mins... for girls just avoid touching your self..

8. Make sure you follow all the above instructions..

other ways are.
eating enough fruits.
reduce eating meats and eggs.
start an early morning exercise.
Discuss you problem with others, don't be ashamed
whatever religion you are just have the fear of the god you are serving in you.
